STRESS MANAGEMENT

You can't be productive with a low mental health. Stress affects your mental health. That's why you find yourself being sad, toxic and unfulfilled when you work too much.
So I'll be giving you tips on how to manage stress.
1. DON'T TRY TO WORK THROUGH IT
Stop being a smarty pant/workaholic, telling yourself that "is it not just stress?".
It is who is alive that can use the money they are working for. Don't try to beat the stress and show it who is boss, drop all your tools and rest.

2. BREATH AND TAKE A BREAK
What some people define as taking a break is not doing anything physical but mental.
When you take a break, restrain from all thoughts of working. That is the time to put on your favourite lazy clothes and watch a movie or go out with friends. That's the time to recharge and rejuvenate. Stop applying too much pressure on your brain.

3. DELEGATE
You don't have to carry the workload alone, ask for help.

4. DO NOT MULTITASK
When you multitask, you end up piling up a lot of unfinished projects.
You should get one thing done before jumping into another, you are not a machine.

5. ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE HUMAN
As long as blood flows through your veins, you definitely have a breakpoint, learn not to cross that line.

Set boundaries for yourself. Your mental health is very important for being productive.
